ATELCO 5-year-warranty

In addition to the legal requirements we offer the ATELCO 5-year-warranty: It includes the standard configuration of an ATELCO PC (case, mainboard, processor, memory, hard disk, controller and VGA). The acquired monitor is included (except LCD displays). You also get our 5-year-warranty if you build the PC by yourself.

28 days return guarantee

For goods in original conditions we offer a 28 days return guarantee. Services are not included. If the prices for the return good vary the daily price is binding for the credit note.

Pick-up-Service

For the systems 4office!, 4home!, 4gamez!, 4media!, 4maxx! and for all ATELCO Individual PCs you can additionally acquire our Pick-up-Service with different policy period. Your system will pick up in the space of two working days and after the repair send back immediately. We guarante a maximum time for the return of ten days.

Delivery

We send the chosen products to you. You can order in our internet shop, by email, by telepone (01805 / 11 5152, 0,14 EUR/Min. for calls on the landline network of Deutsche Telekom. Calling on cellular phone or on other networks higher costs may result.) or by fax (0800 / 11 44445, free for calls on the landline network or on cellular phone in Germany). We send you the products home shortly for a staged delivery fee, plus fee for cash on delivery for the Deutsche Post (at present 2 Euro within Germany). Delivery by UPS

For our customers in a hurry we offer an express delivery overnight. If we receive your order before 3 a.m., your order will be deliver at the next day by UPS-Express-Delivery. Delivery in our stores

If desired we deliver products, which we sell normally only in our internet shop, also in a store of your choice. Methods of payment

You have several methods of payment. In all stores you can pay cash and with EC and "Geldkarte" and also with check for deposit only (up to 1.000,- € order value. Under specific conditions you can also finance your ordered products. In our internet shop you can pay cash on delivery or in advance, per credit card (up to a value of 500,- €) or by financing.

Financing

Pay in comfortable rates. Our employees inform you about the requirements for a financing and place together with you a credit agreement. You define the policy period (at least nine months) and we calculate the amount of the rates. The effective interest per annum of our financing partners is at present 9,9 percent. Please bring along your valid identity card, your EC-card and your last income slip. Under specific conditions you can finance the ordered products also in our online shop.

Leasing

We offer leasing for private persons and business people with our partner Grenkeleasing. At a value of 580 Euros and policy period of 15 to 36 months we compile you a customised offer - just ask in our stores or at our service hotline (01805 / 11 5152, 0,14 EUR/Min. for calls on the landline network of Deutsche Telekom. Recycling

Your ink cartridge is empty? The toner of your laser printer is used up? You need new ones, but do not know, what to do with the old ones? Bring them along when you buy new ink cartridge and toner in our store. We will dispose them for you - for free, of course.
