If all Call-Center-agents are busy, make use of our call-back-service. The first available agent will call you back as soon as possible. Our service team is available: Monday to Saturday 8 a.m. ? 8 p.m. and on Sunday and public holidays 11 a.m. ? 6 p.m.

Appointment with a technician in an ATELCO Store.

As a registered customer, you may fix a date with one of our engineer in an ATELCO-Store of your choice. This is also available, even if your PC was not bought from ATELCO. We charge in units of 6 minutes (5 €), with a max. time of one hour. Material costs are paid extra. If you want to let us install your operating system, we charge 40 €. Included in this price are the costs for the earlier repair work.

Service in our stores

48-hours-service

If you bring your ATELCO-pc with the standard-configuration to our stores, we will repair it within 48 hours. For PCs which are older than one year, the repair-time may take more time.

Return voucher

If you send back a delivered article while using the 28 day return right?s, please use the return form, which you can download here, completely fill out this form and put it into the package. Then it can be processed quickly and easily. So that no costs results when sending pack the package, please call +49 (1805) 11 5152 (0,14 €/min for calls on the landline network of Deutsche Telekom. Calling on cellular phone or on other networks higher costs may result.) and fix a date for collecting the package.
