What does the order history means?

You have the opportunity to have a deeper look into your order history. Please click on ?My proflile?. Then click on the order history.
If you have place an order by internet, please choose order history (online) and enter your order number.

If you have place an order by telephone, please choose order history (store/hotline) and enter your order number.

There you see the purchase order status, the payment status(except ?cash on delivery?) and the delivery status.

Explaniations to your order history

Online delivery

We received your order. The order transaction is complete..

The order has been assembled

The goods have been picked up and and will leave our warehouse immediately. The goods will be delivered into your selected store if you have chosen this option.

The Invoice has been provided.

The Invoice has been provided by our system. You receive the invoice with your delivery.

Your order has been dispatched.

Your order has been picked-up by our partner. The goods are on the way to you.

Credit note

You have received a credit note for returned items. The amount has been credited to your account.

Problems with the payment process

The submitted data are incorrect. We received the information, for example, from our financial service provider that the information, mentioned in your payment method (Credit card or bank transfer), are incorrect.

To cancel an order

The order has been canceled by yourself or our system has canceled your order automatically, because, for example, there was no receipt of payment.<
