Step by step you get to know how to order in our shop.
To fill the basket
If you want to fill your basket with an article please click on the basket emblem behind the product. In this case it is unimportant if you are logged in or not. As recently as you want to go with your basket to the cash you have to registrate yourself.
To log on
If you want to go to the cash with your basket you have to log on. Plesae quot your email address and you password or let you be registered. Therefore you just have to give a few personal data and your telephone number. This datas you can always change or update. For the next application you only need your email address and the chosen password.
Choose between picking up in our stores or shipping
If you go to the cash you will be asked if you want to pick up the chosen article in our stores or if you want to be delivered. If you want to pick up the article please choose a store. If you want to be delivered we need an adress for the shipping. We take the adress in your profil if you do not give us a different adress.
Affirm or change the adress for the account
If you want the account be sent to another address please update the adress.
Check the datas of your order
Now you get a summary of your order (product, price inklusive shipping costs, address for the delivery and the shipping). In the next and last step your order will be sent to us and you get an affirmation of your order.
Where is my order?
Every order has an order number. With this number you can get to know the status of your order for free: by telephone (01805 / 11 5152, 0,14 EUR/Min. for calls on the landline network of Deutsche Telekom. Calling on cellular phone or on other networks higher costs may result.) and fax (0800 / 11 44445, free within Germany), by email or directly on our website (My profile - Order history).
